IEEE 论文修改后再投是否需要填写copyright？
我2013年6月投了 IEEE TIP，上个月中旬，编辑给我e-mail要我修改后再投。我记得我2013年6月投稿时已经填写过IEEE COPYRIGHT AND CONSENT FORM了，但这次论文修改后再投又出现警告若没有IEEE COPYRIGHT AND CONSENT FORM将会被拒绝。
请问大家，我2013年6月投稿时填写的IEEE COPYRIGHT AND CONSENT FORM还有没有效呢？是否还需要再填写一次COPYRIGHT呢 ？
我的正是大修，按照你的意思，我得赶紧联系编辑吗？谢谢

【求助】文章被接收了，还没发proof，可以加作者吗？如果可以怎么弄？

各位大神战友大家好，菜鸟1个，自己的第一篇SCI，文章没有修改直接接收的，是Springer的期刊，影响因子一般，目前已经确认了在网上确认了版权转让的order，还没发proof，现在可以加作者吗（非第一和通讯），该作者确实在后期出了很多力，一时疏忽了，现在如果可以，要怎么操作？真诚谢谢了

authors listed will not be accepted by Springer.
可以帮忙分析下不Dear Editor, Our manuscript was recently accepted to be published by the Journal of xxx without revision. We are very glad to have a chance to publish in this Journal, and that we thank very much for your help in handling our manuscript. However, we are aware that the author list is not complete. Our colleague, xxx, has indeed contributed significantly to this manuscript by (work he done)...., which we carelessly overlooked.
We would just like to know whether it is possible to amend the author list now and have him added as one of the coauthor. We would be happy to resubmit the copyright agreement if necessary. Please kindly consider our case and inform us how to proceed. Thank you very much.Regards,突然清闲

可以加，但是得跟编辑联系才行，给你proof的时候上面会讲的有些是可以直接在proof上加即可，但是有的上面会讲明不能更改authership，如果要改需要跟编辑联系

说得是 提交了作者的签名后 不能修改那么现在版权转让还没提交签名的话是不是可以申请修改呢

I don't think there should be any problem. Just contact the Editor first with email, but do this as soon as possible. Wait and see what the Editor says and do as instructed. Due to this change the copyright that was already authorized to your article has been invalid. Hence, the article will be reprocessed as a new article with a new DOI. You need to transfer fresh copyright on behalf of all the authors once again through “My publication processes (online forms)&. Hence, for further processing of your article, I require a no objection letter duly signed by all the co-authors for the current author group change. 文章接收后，让提交Wiley的copyright transfer agreement，该如何填写？
这文章我是第一作者，导师是通讯作者。其余的作者都是本课题组的老师和同学。
这里让选择一个打勾CHECK ONE BOX
是选Contributor-owned work 还是选Company/Institution owned work？
还是两个都要选都要填？
Type or print name and title 这个应该怎么写？ 是让填职位和名字吗？比如 Prof.Xxx？
Co-contributor’s signature 这里需要填写所有作者吗？还是只写第一作者就行了？
Authorized signature of Employer 这个如果需要填的话，是要找学校或院系领导签字？
只用一作就行了吗？不用全部作者？
那就都写上吧。主要是通讯作者，也就是你导师必须签名。
请问，签名是要手写还是打印？
请问只有那个signature手写还是全部要手写？
signature手签，其他论文题目等等均可机打
