&&&&一类极端小馆子，是它的菜式，数十年永远不变，且永远好吃，中山路天下客酒楼中的菜式，就是永远的鱿鱼肉丝、榨菜炒猪耳朵、咸蛋黄丝瓜……
&&&&另一类极端小餐馆，是它的菜式永远在更新，永远以它跳动的新锐的菜式，让长沙食客知晓长沙食尚的风吹向何方。
&&&&白沙路隧道口东头芙蓉路旁的双飞凤湘菜馆就是一家菜式时常闪耀跳动光彩的小店。&里手好呷帮QQ群的好呷鬼们，在上周六就跑到这家店搞AA制群吃活动。
&&&&因为他们发现，长沙新流行的几味菜，都在他们家的餐桌上摆着。一是卤沙鳖，就是把小脚鱼不再清蒸、红烧，而是放在卤锅里，卤着吃。满嘴卤香四溢，小小沙鳖，虽然穿的是超短裙，但是啃着它的“脚鱼板”，也是趣味无穷，不过，我没敢吃沙鳖的龟头，小时候大人教过我，可看不可吃。
&&&&群友们在这里点的小菜是冬瓜炒苦瓜，糯软的冬瓜染着苦瓜的清火的苦味，也算是继新派湘菜菜式“长豆角茄子”后，又一因“混搭”而全新流行的成功范例。
&&&&当然，青椒筒子骨哪里都可以吃到，只是该店将骨头选尽，把米饭拌在骨头盆里，这种骨头汁拌饭，有蛮香甜。
