螺旋输送机是、砂石料生产线、制砂生产线中不可缺少的，所以输送机的生产需要多加注意，出现故障就直接影响了整条生产线的效率，螺旋输送机最常出现的故障就是堵塞。方大螺旋输送机的特点是：结构简单、横截面尺寸小、密封性好、工作可靠、制造成本低，便于中间装料和卸料，输送方向可逆向，也可同时向相反两个方向输送。输送过程中还可对物料进行搅拌、混合、加热和冷却等作业。通过装卸闸门可调节物料流量。但不宜输送易变质的、粘性大的、易结块的及大块的物料。螺旋输送机由于输送物料空间较小，对物料很敏感；螺旋轴旋转时易发生物料的缠绕；还有中间悬挂轴承易堵塞物料。所以堵塞是螺旋输送机最常见的故障，发生堵塞轻者会影响产量，增加电耗，严重时会烧坏电机，扭断螺旋轴，影响生产的正常进行。产生堵塞的原因很多，防止发生堵塞主要可采取以下措施：第一& 加大出料口或加长料槽端部，以解决排料不畅或来不及排料的问题。同时，还可在出料口料槽端部安装一小段反旋向叶片，以防端部堵料。第二& 合理选择螺旋输送机的各技术参数，如慢速螺旋输送机转速不能太大。严格执行操作规程，做到无载起动、空载停车；保证进料连续均匀。第三& 在卸料端盖板上开设一防堵活门。发生堵塞时，由于物料堆积，顶开防堵门，同的通过行程开关切断电源。尽可能缩小中间悬挂轴承的横向尺寸，以减少物料通过中间轴承时堵料的可能。第四& 对进入输送机的物料进行必要的清理，以防止大杂或纤维性杂质进入机内引起堵塞。安装料仓料位器和堵塞感应器，实现自动控制和报警。螺旋输送机工作中可能会出现堵塞情况，出现了这种情况后我们要足额会处理，但是最重要的是要避免这种情况的发生，避免物料堵塞，河南方大是多年的矿山机械设备生产厂家，所以有很多这方面的技巧。关于矿山设备的其他信息，、、河南输送机厂家的信息请联系我公司，联系电话：7&& & 金经理&}
