门小镜子放门顶或门底查看细节
拿到钥匙后，最先应检验的就是门。先看门锁，开关是否顺畅，五金配件有无松动。关上门查看门框有无变形、损坏、划痕等情况并检验密封程度。
业主最好再用一面小镜子，放到门的顶部或底部，通过镜子照一照门的其他不容易看见的细节，比如看门的贴面情况等。
窗户若干小纸条验出窗户密封性
先检查窗户开关把手开启关闭功能是否正常灵活，再看玻璃上是否有划痕、裂纹或气泡现象等。
窗户的密封性也尤为重要，业内人士教你用一张A4纸竖向切割出若干条小纸条，关上窗户压住纸条再用力抽，如果抽不动或拉动时阻力较大，说明窗户的密封度较好。
防水最好进行24小时闭水试验
检验防水性能，需要进行24小时闭水试验。内行人士建议，在做防水测试的时候，需约齐楼上和楼下的邻居们，将厨房和卫生间蓄水，注满深度约为20厘米，待24小时后(有条件可以等待48小时)，到楼下相应位置观察是否有漏水，同时也观察自己的天花板位置有无漏水。
