换胎，换胎，终于换胎了！
& &&&当年购车，当时正赶上“纸糊门”事件，自己的那批车也正赶上是锦湖轮胎，还好不是召回的那批，据说以后的批次原车不少都配了韩泰的轮胎，自从购车后一直就想把锦湖的轮胎给换掉，但迟迟没下手，
一是缺银子，二是车主要是市内代步，基本不跑长途，新车就换轮胎，感觉有点可惜，就这么忐忑不安的上路了，时间如梭，一晃4年过去了，还好这4年中，纸糊还真没出什么事，不过补了好多次了。一直有个疑问，不知为啥被扎的轮胎总是右前轮的轮胎，其他轮胎基本没补过。有经验的兄弟可以解释一下。因为上下班代步，车跑的不是很费，平均月1000公里多点，现在4年多点，跑的总里程接近5万公里了。
& & 今年感觉跑的公里数，轮胎年限也差不多了，决定把轮胎给换了，另一个原因是今年准备出趟远门，来回要七八千公里，所以下决心换胎，准备4条轮胎全换，也有不少兄弟是两条两条的换。
& & 经过做功课，结合车的定位和自己手头的银子，初步定位轮胎400左右一条的价格可接受，基本上在这个价位上静音和耐磨不可兼得，最后筛选了三款适合的轮胎，我车原配的是195/65 R15 尺寸的轮胎，所以选择的都是这个尺寸的轮胎。一是米其林 韧悦 XM2 ；二是马牌CC5 ；三是倍耐力 新P1；三款轮胎各有特点，米其林，牌子好，口碑好，价格好；马牌性价比好，倍耐力较耐磨；马牌和倍耐力价位基本相同，一条400元上下一点，米其林四百七八，我说的都是能拿到货的价格。我个人的意见是如果米其林价格能和其他两款一样，我会选米其林，原因不说，你懂的!
& && &正在纠结马牌和倍耐力的时候，有一天突然发现网上有一家米其林店在搞活动，算下来每条XM2不到400元，三百九十多点，于是果断下单，最终购得米其林 韧悦 XM2 4条，家还赠送了4个防爆铝合金气门嘴，这下又省了几十块钱，网购最闹心的就是物流，经过诸多波折（此处省略……字），终于收到轮胎，经验货14年29周轮胎3条，另一条是14年25周的，日期还不错（收到轮胎的时候是14年8月初），米其林官网验证是正品，但本人对米其林官网的验证方式怀疑，因为验证标签是不干胶贴在轮胎上的，完全有可能标签是真的，但轮胎未必，这种想法的人应该不少。因为厂家包安装，上午收到轮胎后，直接电话约好安装时间，下午直奔安装地点换轮胎，下面是换胎过程，敬请欣赏，希望对近期准备换胎的朋友有点帮助！

　　不论是什么牌子的，不论它产地是日本、美国、欧洲、韩国还是中国，在使用过程中都会遇到零配件耗损问题。很明显的就是汽车，在公路上跑动久了，橡胶会越磨越薄。汽车的其他部件也会因长期使用而“寿终正寝”。所以，爱车保养尤其要注意这些问题，如果因为贪图一时便宜而出了问题，就得不偿失了。让我们来看看，一般换轮胎多少钱与更换轮胎价格和步骤细节。
　　一、换轮胎多少钱？
　　一款同样规格的轮胎在各店间的差价可以差到50元甚至200元以上。三家4S店在价格上出现了微小的差异，三家店的最大差价达到50元，三家店中的两家价格一致，另一家比前两家高出255元。而据记者了解，北京和东风悦达由于进货时间的不统一和渠道的不同至多存在百元以下的差价，而4S店某车型轮胎的价格差最高大于200元。
　　诚然，当轮胎磨损后，为车换上新轮胎是每位车主不可回避的问题。那么换轮胎一定要换原厂轮胎吗？一汽修技师表示，汽车制造厂一般会认定多家轮胎企业为自己配套，因此在优先考虑换原厂轮胎的同时，车主也可以根据自身需求，换装轮胎。
　　二、自己换轮胎步骤详解
　　假若遇上爆胎，首先要保持镇定，切记不要慌张。其实自已动手换车胎也不是难事，只要按照程序去办，换胎也难不倒你。
　　步骤1：先把车子停在接近水平及安全的地方，启动警示灯。如在行驶时遇上爆胎，切记要保持镇定，双手要紧握方向盘，尽量将车子慢慢驶到安全的路旁停下。与此同时，驾驶自动档汽车车者，应将档位拨向P档，手波车应进入1档或倒档。
　　步骤2：在下车前要观察四周的交通情况，确定安全后方可下车到车尾厢取出手套、后备轮胎及其他有关工具，准备更换轮胎。
　　步骤3：首先要对角形式把轮圈螺丝扭松。
　　步骤4：然后把千斤顶放在底盘支架上，把车身慢慢升起至车胎只有少许贴著地面。再把后备车胎垫在车底，以防车子突然跌下。
　　步骤5：接著便可将螺丝逐一松脱。
　　步骤6：此时再一次转动千斤顶把车身升高约10公分左右，确保有足够空间把充气正常的后备轮胎放入。然后取出已爆破的轮胎，放在车底，把后备轮胎装上。
　　步骤7：装上轮胎后，确保螺丝位置正确，以对角形式扭紧螺丝。由于车轮仍是悬在半空，所以螺丝是不能上至最紧状态的。
　　步骤8：随后把车底下的轮胎拿走，然后把千斤顶慢慢放下。当轮胎著地后便可再一次用对角形式逐一把螺丝锁紧。
　　步骤9：最后把千斤顶及爆破的轮胎收回车尾厢，便完成了整个换胎程序。换好后备轮胎后，同时应尽快驶到维修中心，更换爆破了的轮胎。

汽车更换轮胎标准服务流程
一、准备。&
1、场地准备。场地干净整洁，地面无杂物，工具摆放规范。
2、设备工具准备。千斤顶、十字扳手、扭力扳手、老虎钳、气门芯起、钢翘、收件盒、拆胎机。
3、人员着装。施工人员按要求穿工服、工作鞋，戴手套、帽子。
二、接车。&
当客户来店，接待员第一时间上前询问客户需求，开具施工单。
三、保护。&
施工人员移车前装好保护用的座椅套、方向盘套和纸脚垫。
四、移车。&
将车辆移至地面平坦的施工区，预留足够施工空间，熄火停车后拉起手刹，方向摆正。
五、检查。&
查看旧胎是否有吃胎现象，检查下悬挂是否有明显变形，刹车片/盘是磨损情况，减震器、刹车磅是否漏油。
六、确定架车点。&
保证施工安全，对车辆不造成损伤。
七、松动螺栓。&
用十字扳手按斜对角顺序依次松动，注意均匀用力，松动即可。
八、顶车。&
用将车辆缓慢顶起，车轮离地即可。
九、拆卸螺栓。&
用十字扳手按斜对角顺序依次拆下，将螺丝放入收件盒。
十、取下轮胎。&
双手托住轮胎，保持轮胎直立状态取下，注意不要擦碰到车身，尽量少摩擦螺杆。将轮胎滚到换胎区。
十一、拆下气门帽、气门芯。&
注意拆下气门芯时，由于气流很大一定要拿稳气门芯，防止被吹跑。气门帽、气门芯拆下后放置好。
十二、拆卸旧轮胎。&
1、用轮胎铲时注意不要接触到轮毂。
2、鹰嘴悬空不能接触到轮毂。
3、注意用润滑液润滑，防止胎唇破损。
4、拆胎后用湿毛巾清洁杂物，有必要的话用砂纸打磨钢圈边缘处。
十三、更换气门嘴。&
注意用力不能过猛，适当润滑。
十四、安装新胎。&
1、撕掉标签。
2、注意轮胎正反面，气门嘴对应轮胎上标识位置。
3、注意润滑。
十五、充气。&
车胎会发出爆声，提示周边的小朋友，以免吓到；充气时车胎上不能放置任何物件，以免弹起伤人。注意胎压充到2个压即可。
十六、检查密闭性。&
用润滑液检查气门嘴、轮圈周边是否有漏气现象。用气枪将水吹净。装上气门帽。
十七、动平衡。&
动平衡前要仔细检查轮胎上是否有石子等杂物，及时取出。
十八、装胎上车。&
1、双手托住轮胎对上螺杆，用脚顶住，用手套上螺栓。
2、用十字扳手以斜对角依次将螺丝固定。
3、缓慢收起千斤顶，注意车下是否有物件。
4、最后用扭力扳手将轮胎螺栓加固，扭力为150-200N/m。
十九、复检交车。
1、检查轮胎胎压。
2、工具整理归位。
