摘要:&本研究旨在探究女性研究生邁入婚姻的調適經驗，因應學業與婚姻的方法，以及邁入婚姻過程中的助力與阻力。研究以半結構方式進行訪談一位女性研究生，採敘說研究的「整體－內容」進行資料分析。本研究先以時間軸敘述的女性研究生異性交往的歷程，以及說明女性研究生邁入婚姻的調適經驗與因應歷程，再加以分析討論。本研究經由「整體－內容」資料分析，整理出四大主題：「啟程：婚姻承諾」；「關係再進一步：同居」；「微調對焦：調適不安」；「邁入婚姻的重新思考與定向」；之後，以女性研究生在研究所期間學業與維繫關係的經驗與因應：從「就讀研究所的動機」、「跟時間體力賽跑的研究生生活」、「協助度過研究所的助力」，到「你是我最大的支持力量，但也是我的壓力源」、「因應：調整學業與感情的節奏」。之後，研究者以女研究生邁入婚姻經驗，進行分析討論，回應研究問題，女性研究生邁入婚姻的經驗之研究結果為：一、邁入婚姻得時間點與個人準備度有關；二、努力經未來婚姻型態，調整成自己可以接受的樣貌；三、外在現實條件需時間慢慢籌備。女性研究生因應學業與感情的方式之研究結果為：一、了解自己就讀研究所的動機與因應；二、取得重要他人對研究所生活的共識與支持；三、不斷試驗調整學業與感情的步調；四、面對角色衝突，尋求平衡點；五、研究所生活考驗著過往感情的基礎。再根據上述兩個研究問題的研究結果，總結成研究結論為：結婚生子時限性與職涯發展之間的兩難、兩人共識先於婚姻儀式、學業是暫時減輕面對婚姻壓力的出口。
最後本研究根據研究發現加以討論，並對未來研究生生涯與婚姻實務工作以及相關研究，提出具體建議。The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of adaptation of female graduate students stepping into marriage, method of coping with both schools and marriage, and either strengths or obstacles in the way to marriage.The research text was collected from semi-structured individual interviews with one experienced female graduate student who has been experiencing stepping into marriage. The story was organized by a holistic-content analytical approach to achieve the purpose and specific aims to present the findings and conclusions of this narrative approach. This study presents the dating process of the female graduate student by chronological narration, and explains the procedure how she has been experiencing and responding to stepping into marriage with analysis and discussion followed.
Through holistic-content data analysis, this study could be arranged into four themes: ‘‘Beginning: commitment toward marriage’’, ‘‘Forward relationship: Co-habitation’’, ‘‘Micro-adjustment and focus: uncertainty release’’, and ‘‘Reconsideration to the direction of steps into marriage. ’’ Afterward, the female graduate student’s experience and response to the maintenance between school study and emotional relationships would be: from ‘‘Motivation to study in the graduate school’’, ‘‘Life of being a graduate student is like racing with both time and physical energy’’, ‘‘You are either my biggest supportive strength or my source of pressure’’ ,and ‘‘Response: pace of adaptation between school and emotions.’’Then, with the female graduate student’s experience of stepping into marriage, the researcher responds to the study questions and acquires some results by analysis and discussion: (a) The association between the timing of stepping into marriage and individual preparation, (b) Adapt to the acceptable style of marriage in the future with great efforts, and (c) Gathering materialistic conditions outside takes time in order, and (d) Face the confrontation of roles and seek for the balance.
The result how the female graduate student responds to her school and emotions would be: (a) Understanding her own motivation and responses to (b) Acquirung the consensus and support from
(c) Keeping adapting the pace between the school and emotions with trials, (d) Face the confrontation of roles and seek for the balance, and (e) The life in the graduate school would be the test for the fundamental of relationships.According to the results of two study questions above, we could come to the conclusion that: (a) Dilemma between the biological limitation of marital procreation and development of one’s career, (b) Couple’s consensus bef (c) Graduate school would be like the temporary exit for releasing the pressure of facing marriage. Plus, this study which is discussed and based on the finding of case studies would provide some concrete suggestions for further general studies.

2015年上海国家会计学院硕士研究生招生问题汇总
　　一、我院硕士研究生报考相关问题
　　1、攻读上海国家会计学院研究生的途径？
　　考生须参加每年1月份的全国研究生入学考试，会计和审计专业初试科目为管理类联考综合能力、英语（二），税务专业初试科目为思想政治理论、英语（二）、数学（三）、税务专业基础。除税务专业基础（433）为我院自命题科目外，其他科目均由教育部统一命题。复试分数线参照国家线。复试时间、地点、科目及方式由我院自定。
　　2、硕士研究生招生类型有几种？
　　我院硕士研究生招生仅为专业学位一种类型，除专业目录备注栏中专门标注外，各专业学制一般为2年。
　　3、硕士研究生学习类型属于学历教育吗？
　　我院所招收全日制研究生均属学历教育，经培养合格，颁发学历证书与学位证书。
　　4、硕士研究生招生人数？
　　今年我院拟招收攻读硕士学位研究生115名，其中会计硕士专业学位60名、审计硕士专业学位30名、税务硕士专业学位25名。教育部尚未下达我院2015年研究生招生计划，录取时，学院将视教育部实际下达计划数、生源状况和学院发展需要，对招生总数及各专业招生数进行适当调整。
　　5、硕士研究生是否招收推免生？
　　在2015年招收攻读硕士学位研究生工作中，所有专业学位不接收推荐免试生。
　　6、同等学力人员报考硕士研究生有何特殊要求？
　　同等学力人员报考我院硕士生，除必须符合报考的一般条件外，还需满足：
　　获得国家承认的高职高专毕业学历后满2年（从毕业后到日）或2年以上，至少通过八门相关专业本科课程考试，全国大学英语四级考试成绩达到及格水平或具有相当水平，公开发表过相当于学士学位论文水平的本专业学术论文，经审核确认已达到与大学本科毕业者同等学力（含国家承认学历的本科结业生）。
　　7、在读研究生可以考取我院研究生吗？
　　在读研究生报考须在报名前征得所在培养单位同意。
　　8、硕士研究生入学考试初试科目设置？
　　我院全日制硕士专业学位研究生入学考试会计和审计专业初试科目为两个单元，即管理类联考综合能力（200分）、英语（二）（100分），总分300分；税务专业初试科目为四个单元，即思想政治理论（100分）、英语（二）（100分）、数学（三）（150分）、税务专业基础（150分），总分500分。除税务专业基础（433）为我院自命题科目外，其他科目均由教育部统一命题。考试均以笔试进行，各科考试时间为3小时。
　　9、我院硕士研究生复试内容？
　　复试约在2015年4月上中旬进行，实行差额复试。复试方式为笔试与面试相结合的方式。笔试内容包括思想政治理论、微观经济学、会计学，面试内容包括专业知识、英语听说及综合能力。各专业复试的具体方式及细节将在学院研究生部网站（http://mpacc.snai.edu）及研究生招生管理系统（http://app.snai.edu/login.do）上公布并在复试通知中注明，复试时间及地点另行通知。以同等学力报考的考生，须加试（笔试）两门所报考专业的本科主干课程（管理会计、财务管理）。
　　10、我院硕士研究生录取分数线划定方法？
　　我院采用国家统一划线，结合生源状况以及学校发展需要划定我院复试分数线。报考会计和审计专业的考生需在复试时明确是否接受专业间（仅会计和审计专业间）调剂的意愿。我院将根据考生初试和复试的总成绩及调剂意愿，划定会计专业和审计专业统一的录取分数线。
