Goofy, pointless, and funny
Ultra-silly low-budget comedy takes the usual oversexed teenage(?) boys, in unwitting possession of a hexed necklace, being torn from a crazy night of shenanigans with the babes for some mano-a-mano with machete-wielding nuts, loopy suburban ninjas, and doctrine-arguing, break-dancing Christian warriors. There's definitely a Monkees influence here, and the humor is often predictable, yet I found myself laughing out loud at several points. The dialogue is often hilarious, too. It's cheap as all get-out, but 42K scores frequently enough to merit a look and/or a rental, particularly if you have a sweet tooth for wacky humor.

海信LED42Kl1PG型液晶彩电电源故障检修
&&&&& 该机出现正常关机后需要间隔一段时间才能重新开机的故障，随着故障加重，所需间隔时间越来越长，直至关机后半天还不能正常开机。一旦正常开启，只要不关机，却又一直能够正常收看。
&&& 观察指示灯：正常开启时，先亮蓝灯，然后红蓝交替闪亮四次后蓝灯稳定亮。故障时开机，蓝灯稳定亮，无红蓝灯交替闪亮的过程。开盖检查，发现电源板的编码是：RSAG7.820.2264/ROH， PFC驱动IC是NCP33262，主电源的驱动IC是NCP1396。正常开机后检查电源板各路电压，12V、16V、100V正常，SB5V开机电压3.7V，BRT调整电压2.5V，高压启动SW电压4.8V也正常，只发现PFC电压明显偏低，仅有350V，而且随着开机时间延长，此电压在十分钟以后就会降低到340V，此时如果关机后在短时间内再开机，彩电就无法正常开启。
&&& 故障时检测电源板各路电压：SB5V， OFF/ON开关机的高电平开机电压3.7V正常维持，只是电源中的12V、16V、100V和开启高压的SW电压4.8V、以及调整亮度的BRT电压都是0V，而PFC电压则是接近正常的370V。据此分析：既然开机电压正常，电源板如果正常，就应该有12V、16V、100V主电压输出，显然故障根源在电源板。难道是主电压回路出了问题？
&&& 细心检查：NCP1396的供电正常，外围电路也没有发现有元件故障，是NCP 1396性能劣变？于是换新NCP1396，结果令人大失所望，故障现象丝毫未改。回过头来再分析：即使彩电在正常工作时，PFC电压也只有340V～350V，这与常见的380V～400V明显偏低。虽然故障时PFC电压近似正常，但这是主电源停止工作时的空载电压，关键的还是要看在彩电工作时此电压是否正常。于是把注意力转移到PFC电路上来，决定先看看PFC到底出了什么问题。
&&& 根据资料提示：NCP33262的①脚是反馈电压输入功能脚（VFB）。该脚的反馈输入电压经由R828、R829的分压点取出输入到①脚，只要下拉电阻R829或R830任何一只阻值变大，或上拉电阻R826、R827、R828任何一只阻值变小，都会使反馈到①脚的电压升高而使输出的PFC电压下降，相关电路见图1。检查确认：R826阻值变小了。拆下R826检测只有529k&O，比这只贴片电阻上实际标注的数值620k&O（6203）。找来一只620k&O的金属膜电阻换上去，电视机恢复正常，检测PFC输出电压是稳定的380V。再经过数次开关机验证，说明就是R826阻值变小引起的故障。
&&& 问题解决了，疑问又来了。为何故障机在停机一段时间后又能开机呢？复测原先拆下的R826，阻值变成570k&O。仔细观察贴片电阻的两边似有脏污，用细砂纸轻磨两边几次，电阻果然恢复到标称值。回想以前维修电动车充电器的经历，也曾碰过取样反馈电路上拉贴片电阻阻值减小引起输出低的故障，估计阻值变小的原因也是电阻两边的脏污所造成。
&&& 现在再来分析一下故障成因：主电源驱动IC1396的⑤脚是低电压检测功能脚（BO），其功能就是检测PFC电压是否过低，如果经由K874、R875、R876三只1 m&O电阻送来的PFC电压过低，NCP1396就会关闭工作程序导致无主电压输出，相关电路见图2。那么如何理解故障时PFC只有340V而电视机却维持正常工作呢？笔者个人分析推测，NCP1396⑤脚的检测功能有时效性，即在开机的片刻对PFC电压进行检测，一旦检测过关，NCP1396就会正常维持工作而不再受⑤脚的操控。那么故障时PFC电压是接近正常的370V，主电压又为什么不能开启？如前所述：这是空载电压，一旦NCP1396启动，此电压大幅下降而使NCP1396受到⑤脚操控罢工。是不是如我所说，还请能者赐教。
&&& 至于为何放置一段时间又可以开机？这就取决于变质贴片电阻R826的特殊性，由于它两边粘附的导电脏污通电后电阻降低，不通电时电阻增大，故此造成此一特殊故障。值得注意的是：以往检修CRT彩电时，脏污物导电短路造成的故障可谓司空见惯，通常所见是用吹风机加热可疑点或电视机通电发热后，故障现象减轻或消失，这说明导电脏污冷态和不通电时电阻率降低，热态和通电后电阻率升高。而这次碰到的脏污物却有相反的导电性能，其原因是什么，也待能者赐教。
