& & 皮带唧唧叫老早就有了，大约是去年冬天，后来喷了点表板蜡，能管个把月，旧病复发。后来知道是通病，有人说换皮带可以解决，再后来在某宝上购买了一根盖茨皮带，没时间折腾一直丢在，今天下午没事换上了，顺便拍拍照片给喜欢折腾的兄弟一点经验！算是一个教程吧。

需要更换的是这根长皮带，这根皮带带动着和，当然你也可以俩根一起换掉。本帖需要先拆下短皮带，也就是助力泵皮带。工具只需2个，一只13号套筒扳手和10号扳手，修车拆卸最好别用开口扳手，容易扳花螺丝帽。

请看发电机上面这个结构，后面的助力泵上面也是一样，想换皮带，首先得松开皮带取下才能换，步骤是：先用13号套筒松开那根大螺母，然后用10号扳手松开那根长拉杆限位螺丝。把发电机向里推，皮带自然会松开了。。。然后取下换新。后面的助力泵也是如此。。。切记【换皮带切勿强拉硬翘，会损坏皮带甚至报废】

发现套筒长了，无奈把发动机罩和这根水管固定螺丝卸下来，才勉强套上去，好用的很。建议想折腾的TX最好用那种棘轮扳手。

把曲轴皮带轮和压缩机挂上（曲轴那出来的记为1、压缩机那的为2），然后将1挂上涨紧轮（自动涨紧的那个）然后挂上惰轮（这我就不用说了吧）、将2挂上水泵轮在挂上发电机、最后只剩助力泵了！这是我给你图你参考一下。
