　　国家二级心理咨询师　　上海市职业技能鉴定中心　　心理咨询师考评员　　洁 蕙　　上海东方广播《东方大律师》节目主持人　　上海市法治研究会常务副理事长　　刘 樱　　家长　　主持人的话　　近来，女孩被性侵的报道频频见诸报端。相关数据显示，性侵,尤其是未成年人遭遇性侵的案件数量呈逐年增多的趋势。日前公布的《关于依法处理监护人侵害未成年人权益行为若干问题的意见》，更是将性侵列为7类侵害未成年人行为之首。作为家庭和学校，该如何更好地护佑孩子成长？而社会各界，又该如何为未成年人提供更坚实的保护伞？　　新闻背景　　12月23日，最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部、民政部联合印发了《关于依法处理监护人侵害未成年人权益行为若干问题的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》规定，当未成年人受监护人侵害时，一些政府单位和人员有权向人民法院申请撤销监护人资格。7类侵害未成年人情形可撤销监护人资格，性侵居首位。从最高法研究室少年审判庭有关负责人处获悉，《意见》之所以将性侵列为首位，是因为性侵是对未成年人最严重的一种伤害，对未成年人造成的伤害远大于虐待和遗弃。　　A 10岁的女儿和爸爸“不亲”了　　主持人：父母对子女有不可推卸的监护责任。刘樱的女儿10岁了，作为妈妈有没有刻意教孩子保护自己？　　刘樱：性教育是从她比较小的时候就开始了，学校也有这方面的内容，孩子知道游泳衣覆盖的地方任何人都不能碰。五年级开始，班级里就有同学进入青春发育期，她们在学校会聊很多这方面的话题，关于男孩、女孩的区别，身体发育等知识，孩子现在都知道。　　主持人：在这个过程中，是否观察到孩子的变化？父亲和女儿之间的关系如何？　　刘樱：现在，女儿上厕所的时候会反复检查门是否锁好。很多家庭中爸爸忙于工作，和孩子关系比较疏远，但是在我们家，爸爸是一直陪伴在身边的，所以父女之间的关系特别好。女儿经常会坐在爸爸大腿上看书、吃水果。但是今年开始，她不准爸爸看她洗澡、换衣服、上厕所，睡觉的时候也不能跑去摸她的腿。爸爸觉得女儿对他没那么亲了，我建议他换一种方式，比如不要亲她了，既然她不喜欢，就改成每天拥抱一下，拥抱这种方式孩子是很喜欢的。　　主持人：在女儿的长大过程中，你觉得作为母亲应该扮演怎样的角色？　　刘樱：我基本上都是扮演好朋友的角色。孩子什么都会跟我说，这个阶段我们特别需要了解孩子的思想。到了五年级，孩子们会对异性产生好感，有些孩子在一二年级就有这种好感了，我女儿是比较滞后的。孩子们在班上经常也会聊这样的话题，比如，谁喜欢谁了。我觉得喜欢异性是好事情，正好可以教孩子怎么跟异性相处。　　主持人：孩子知道应该如何保护自己吗？　　刘樱：她知道不要自己单独出门，遇到坏人要往人多的地方跑。据我所知，学校里都会教孩子们，遇到坏人怎么应对，但真的碰上了，有几个孩子能像那个男孩那么机灵，就是未知数了。我认识的大多数家长，还是不放心让孩子自己单独上学的，尤其是女孩的家长。
