鼠标中键不能打开网页链接/不能关闭网页标签
Q1：之前按下鼠标滚轮（中键）会在新选项卡中打开网页的链接，现在没有反应了，滚轮还是可以上下滚动。
Q2：之前在网页标签上按下鼠标滚轮（中键）会关闭该网页标签，现在不能了。
使用环境：
OS：Windows 7 pro sp1 32-bits. IE9, 鼠标是 microsoft mobile memory mouse 8000（已安装驱动和应用程序）。
求解。谢谢。

我怀疑你是否通过某些鼠标的第三方软件设置鼠标按键功能呢？
你尝试将微软的鼠标应用程序的设置设为初始值或者默认，然后再试

我想问题不应该是鼠标驱动的问题。因为之前在安装好鼠标驱动后是可以用的。

I had tried uninstall the app of IPx86_.468.0.exe, unfortunately the issue still be here.
So I installed it again.
I had never try even think the programs like 360 and so on. my pc just have OS, Office, adobe reader X, IE9, and Norton 360 antivirus, nothing else.
I&am afraid I had broke the registry data of IE9. But I had reinstalled it, and&the issue&still be same.
I really need to know what happened with this and how to fix it.

thx ur proposal and I had done already before.
After I reset IE9 follwing the ms instruction which is same with u proposed, the issue is not fixed, so I uninstalled IE9, then reinstalled IE9. Same with the issue.

@Otto: did you create any recovery point through windows backup?
if yes, you can scroll your windows 7 back to previous status
another matter, you said you uninstalled your IE 9, right? is your IE 9 uninstall step&like below?
