On the basis of analysing the manual information system of the present classroom teaching evaluation, this paper chiefly introduces the idea of overall design,the strucrure of logical function,the forms of data records and the conditions of various operations of EEIS/EBKT of the computer e-valution information system of the classroom teaching.
