面试分三轮 我是有同学在内部 给我发的简历 然后他们部门经理给我打的电话 第一轮就是电话面试 很简单就是用日语简单自我介绍 和回答一些相关问题 比如你大学怎么度过的 你为什么选择就在这个城市 等等接着我电话面试过了 然后是预约到第二天直接面对面的面试 面试呢 一般是由经理和这个组的leader面试的 当然还是得先用日语自我介绍 然后就开始根据你简历上的信息问你相关的问题 做过的工作啊 未来五年有什么计划啊等等。我是之前面试过好几个公司的 为了进IBM都推了它们のoffer 基本上面试都是很熟悉很轻松了 我口语也说的很快！！面试最重要的还是口语口语口语！！一定要多多练口语！！多想几个面试官能问到の问题 提前想好！就会在面试的时候很轻松的回答了。面试到后面基本就是用中文 面试官还问
