持美国这四州驾照 明年起不能搭飞机！
最早从明年年初开始，在美国本土搭乘国内航班，有四州颁发的身分证件，如驾照等，将不允许作为登机所需检查的身分证件。这四个州的居民搭乘美国国内航班需要随身携带护照或其他合格身分证件。　　据《赫芬顿邮报》报导，路易斯安那州丶明尼苏达州丶新罕布什州和纽约州颁发的身分证件和驾照流程不符合联邦标准，这四个州的乘客在美国本土搭机旅行时，如果是美国公民，可能需要携带护照；不是公民的人也需要携带其它合格旅行证件。　　美国国土安全部网站信息显示，在登机时，这四个州颁发的证件只能和其他合格的身分证件一起使用。一本护照丶护照卡或永久居民卡都将是合适的身分证。　　这项规定是基于2005年制定的「真实身分法」（REAL ID Act），也是911恐怖袭击事件引发的加强机场安全措施之一。根据这项法案，州政府核发的驾照必须拥有所有例行资料，包括照片丶出生日期丶签名等，而且必须有芯片这类「能让机器读取的科技」。美国依然有少数州和地区没有采用符合联邦规定的新驾照。　　身在这些州的不知情旅客或许会遭遇麻烦。没有符合联邦规定的驾照，不仅仅搭机困难，搭游轮和进入一些联邦大楼也存在问题。　　《纽约每日新闻》报导说，纽约州属于驾照作为登机身分证件不合格的州之一，将会影响州内1050万居民。州政府官员表示，在这项法案下，纽约州居民搭乘国内航班，或者需要携带其他合格身分证件，或者再多花30美元，申办「加强型纽约州驾照」。　　不过，纽约州车管局（Department of Motor Vehicles ）也表示，纽约州乘客不需要太担心，该州计划向联邦申请豁免，使得直至2020年，持该州普通驾照仍可登机。　　真实身分法也受到批评，飞机乘客全国协会（National Association of Airline Passengers）的执行董事基德（Douglass Kidd）表示，规则提高带来一些担忧，获取护照或其他批准文件需要额外费用。他说： 「飞行是一种权利，而不是一种特权。」　　美国成人护照费用至少需要110美元。纽约州和明尼苏达州可提供加强型驾照，但路易斯安那州和新罕布什州没有这种选择。　　此外，美属萨摩亚（American Samoa）境内的乘客也受到该法案影响，他们必须出示护照或其他批准文件。但所有18岁以下的美国儿童在国内旅行，允许不出示身分证。

升级后不能发帖回帖的解决方法
问题症状：
& & 前几天 升级到Discuz! X2.5 Release 后不能发帖，点击发帖显示空白，不论是管理员帐号还是其他帐号都一样。发表回帖是正常的，发表新帖，悬赏、投票、等全部空白！
症状如下图：
& &&&后来在论坛发帖几天无人问津，搜索了论坛发现出现该问题的人还不少，但是解决的方法却有所不同，对于我出现的这个问题一直没有人给出答案或者是解决方法，经过几天努力和四处求人，最终自己动手解决了。对于出现升级后不能发帖的症状的童鞋们给出解决方法：
首先找原因&然后再对应解决，常见原因和解决方法如下：
& &&&1.插件冲突：关闭最新安装更新的插件试试，不行就关闭所有插件，更新缓存试试。
& &&&2.模版问题：使用DZ官方默认模版，更新缓存，更新CSS缓存试试
& &&&3.文件丢失：升级后不能发帖回帖，出现上图中的情况一般是发帖模版文件丢失导致。文件路径：& & \template\default\forum\post.htm 发帖页面模板& && &解决方法，下载一个post.htm 文件重新上传覆盖该文件

按照上面的方法解决应该没有问题！
首先找原因：
& &&&1.插件冲突：关闭最新安装更新的插件试试，不行就关闭所有插件，更新缓存试试。
& &&&2.模版问题：使用DZ官方默认模版，更新缓存，更新CSS缓存试试
