要 LaB6是一种在现代科技中广泛应用的优秀的热电子发射阴极材料，本文在
原位、无氧的实验系统下，采用氢直流电弧法制备La、LaIl2纳米粉末，再用放
体，提高了其发射性能。对制备得到的LaB6纳米块体进行了较为全面的微观结
构的表征，测试了其力学、物理及电子发射等性能，并研究了性能与结构，性
能与sPS烧结之间的联系，探讨了sPs烧结LaB6的机理，优化了sPS工艺。 采用氢直流电弧法制备La、LaH2纳米粉末，研究表明，在电压30、r，电流
为lOoA左右的条件下，该法制备纳米粒子的产率约为1009／h，制备所得La、
LaH2颗粒尺寸为20衄左右。用真空退火及DSC的方法分别对LaH2的脱氢机制
做了研究，发现LaH2在796．4℃时会发生脱氢反应。 研究了SPS烧结制各LaB6的实验过程，分析确定了SPs方法制备LaB6的反
