Any chance of some advice? AVG and Advanced Unstaller can't help and the damn thing is stuck on my Start up Manager program and won't die...

To remove the virus, you need to run ur PC on safe mode. End application using task manager. Uninstall it, you'll find it in c drive program file folder name something tescent . after uninstalling it go to normal mode and delete all the files and patch. If it still doesn't work reinstall windows 10 :)
this has corrupted my pc. i didnt download it, it just showed up... it has ruined all of my files especially in my thumb drive..

I think the &QQ& software can be uninstalled from the Windows Control Panel's remove program dialog. Look for something with &QQ& in the name.
If that does not help, I'm sure FreeFixer can remove the QQPCTray.exe file.
QQPCTray.exe will appear under &Processes& in FreeFixer's scan result.
Does anyone have used this programm to delete Tencent succesfully? have same problem. cannot even change certificate rights for administrators. QQPC has taken over the pc...

装机助手FAQ
1、什么是装机助手？有什么用处？
当您的机器长时间使用或者被计算机病毒入侵后，通常我们会选择重新安装计算机操作系统。但是，对于我们日常使用的软件、个人数据、硬件驱动我们一直都无法完整、安全的进行备份并在重新安装操作系统后快捷的进行还原。这时，您可以选择电脑管家装机助手，它能够帮助您快速的备份软件、个人数据和硬件驱动并还原。
2、我们支持那些软件？
目前电脑管家装机助手仅支持软件管家中所录入的软件。对于商业软件、绿色软件我们暂时不做支持，需要您手动进行备份。
3、是否支持个性化数据备份？
在个人数据备份界面您可以通过点击添加按钮来添加其他数据文件或者文件夹。
4、如何还原？
在备份完成后您可以通过运行还原文件（AssistWizard）来进行还原，另外您也可以在安装了电脑管家后启动装机助手功能进行还原。
5、备份失败？
在完成备份后，如果出现备份失败的情况我们则建议您按照以下几个步骤给予检查：
1.关闭所有运行中软件，从而避免因为程序占用而导致备份失败；
2.检查您的备份磁盘是否有足够的备份空间，如果磁盘空间剩余不足请选择剩余空间最大的磁盘做为备份目录（请不要选择C：盘进行备份）；
在完成以上步骤后，需要您重新尝试备份，如果还存在无法备份的情况您可以通过电脑管家Support反馈给我们，我们会有专人为您解决。
6、还原失败？
如果出现还原失败的情况，您可以通过以下几个方式给予解决：
1.对于还原失败的条项重新进行还原（推荐）；
2.手动安装失败的条项（仅针对硬件驱动、软件）；
3.通过Support反馈给我们，我们会有技术人员进行跟进。

1、如何开始硬件检测？
您只需要打开电脑管家主程序，点击电脑管家的“硬件检测”标签卡，我们就将自动为您检测硬件信息。
2、硬件检测包含哪些内容？
硬件检测包含了CPU、主板、内存、显卡、显示器、硬盘、网卡、声卡，以及所有接入的USB设备等信息，几乎包含了您电脑上的全部设备信息，您可以点击左侧的各标签页查看各类设备的信息。
同时，硬件检测还会实时监控当前的各硬件状态，包括温度、风扇转速和电压等等。您可以在电脑概览的右边栏看到各种表盘。
3、如何导出硬件信息？
您可以点击右上角的“导出信息”，然后选择要保存的文件（目前只支持txt格式），点击“打开”，即可将所有硬件信息全部保存到选中的文件中。
您还可以点击各设备标题右侧的“复制信息”，将该设备的信息复制到粘贴板。也可以选中任意信息中的文字，通过右键菜单的复制，将选中的信息复制到粘贴板。
4、电脑管家怎样给您的电脑性能评分？
① 电脑管家如何评估您的电脑性能？
电脑管家采用创新的智能云评分系统，根据您的电脑各组件特性，在云服务器上智能计算您的电脑性能，再与服务器上存储的海量用户电脑做比较，算出电脑性能的排名，再把这些数据返回并显示在电脑管家的硬件检测里。
② 云评分系统有什么好处？
传统的本机性能测试速度较慢，评测过程不允许用户做任何事情，只能静待评测完成。传统的本机性能评测依赖本机当前的程序运行状态，即使在评测前全部退出应用程序，也难以保证评测的客观和稳定，导致同一台电脑在不同的时候评测分数相差很多。
电脑管家的智能云评分系统则颠覆了传统性能评测的这些缺点，评测只需要短短几秒钟，而且评测过程中不会受到当前系统程序状态的影响，无论您的电脑当前是否运行了很多应用程序都不会影响到您的电脑性能评分。

当您安装电脑管家的时候，会默认帮您打开系统监测悬浮窗。如果您暂时不想查看，可以在悬浮窗的右上角点击关闭按钮。
如果您想再次打开悬浮窗，可以在桌面右下角的托盘区找到电脑管家的图标，然后点击鼠标右键，在右键菜单中可以打开系统监测悬浮窗。
