这个行星齿轮的减速比是多少?电机8齿,行星轮全部是15齿,大轮带动下一级行星的齿轮是12齿好像,外圈齿轮是42齿这样算对吗:一级(15/8)*(42/15)=5.25二级 (42/15) *(15/12)=3.5三级(15/12) *(42/15)=3.5总和=64

计算多麻烦,你全部装好,转小电机,看看小电机转多少圈主轴才转一圈不就行了
齿轮的传动速度比,只跟初级齿数和最后一级齿数有关,中间的都没有起到变速效果,除非是双层齿轮(多层)。所以这个就不言而喻了。看你这个还有个双层齿轮,把这个双层的比例再乘上去就OK了。没太明白你的描述,但是觉得第一个式子好像不对,单考虑单层的行星齿轮的话,外层的转速就等于外层齿数和电机齿数的比值,跟中间的那三个小齿轮无关,这就是我说的对于单层齿轮只考虑初级末级的道理。这样你再看一下,应该差不多。
这样算也对,其实可以把行星齿轮去掉(只是过渡用),电机=&大圈、小圈=&大圈、小圈=&大圈,1:64的加力减速,空转时还是电机的速度,负载加上时会自动减速。

减速比与行星齿数无关。1级:(8+42)/82级:(12+42)/123级:(12+42)/12总的减速比:3级相乘。
