一个把graduated...再majored的人，数百万信徒追随。这个时代是睁着眼睛也能睡觉的时代，这时代闭着嘴巴也能呐喊的时代。一共9句话，全是汉译英的巅峰乱句。

中国很不幸，中国出了一个李阳，正是这个李阳错误地领跑了一个错误的世界。言归正传，直接拜读李阳成名飞黄腾达开山之作，其处女作，《听力突破》第一本书第一篇他自己念的翻译体《我的自述》，应该说是他出道之作。&&&&&&

我的自述　　Hi,this is Li Yang.I graduated from Lanzhou
University and majored in Mechanical Engineering. I was once a poor
student of English,and it was my biggest headache and
trouble-maker. I got sick and tired of learning boring grammar
rules and lifeless words.
　But through hard work in practicing speaking
English and breaking away from the traditional grammar games,I
found myself a totally different and exciting new world.Not only
did I pass Band 4 and Band 6 College &English
exams very easily with high marks,but more important,I began to use
Finally,I developed a new Language Cracking System
myself.I began to teach German not long after I started to learn
this terribly difficult language in my own way.It was a miracle but
I made it.To speak good English,I think one year of study should be
enough for any diligent and intelligent person.
I’d like to share my learning techniques with
you,and I will be very glad to answer your letters and be your

1. Hi,this is Li Yang.hi一般用于非正式场合招呼，通常在朋友亲戚之间的打招呼。
this=used to introduce someone or something,只听他录音还以为他在介绍别人。很显然，这句话用Hello,everybody,my name is Li
Yang.简介达意。李阳用hi套近乎，一般人知道hi与hello的区别。this is Li Yang.单听录音或单阅读文字好像在介绍别人。如果加上speaking就正常了。
2.I graduated from Lanzhou University and majored
in Mechanical Engineering.本文最大的笑柄。中国人从大到小的逻辑加上仓促的硬翻译，冲破了逻辑表现出来错误。graduated...and majored...这句话毛病最大，只是最为典型的中国汉语的先后顺序，翻译一下：我吃完了晚饭才把餐桌摆好。某人毕业于北大外语系估计许多人翻译不出来。李阳先毕业再接着修他的机械工程。这句话，估计李阳现在还没弄清楚这句话有问题。　　& I graduated in Mechanical
Engineering from Lanzhou University.最好有一个年份待查！很简单的一句英语，被中国人折腾到疯狂几步曲。　&&&&&　　　　自述，是失败开山之作，poor,headache,trouble-maker,sick,tired,boring,lifeless,还有后面的hard,breaking away from,terribly
difficult,traditional都是负面词汇，甚至包括他的专业Mechanical翻译一下---呆板的，都是反面词汇！
还好，后面有几个不多的正面词汇。totally different,exciting new,pass,very
easily,high marks,more
importantly,developed,good,diligent,intelligent,very
glad.这些形容词多半在写作中不必要，因为英语写作最忌讳这种不客观的形容词。吹嘘失败！
3.I was once a poor student of English,and it was
my biggest headache and trouble-maker.　　------------------------------------　　
a poor student= a student who is not good
at...?　　
student of
...=学生什么不好，还是读什么的学生。？　　把My English is poor.和I am a student in/of English.揉在一起表达了？你直接说，你那是英语很差就可以了，为什么弄一大堆？headache已经到位了，为什么还要trouble-maker,这个
trouble-maker指人( a person)，不指事物( a thing)。　　把bad
一律poor,是中国人的英语平均程度。
　　人物不分。　　　　Who is the trouble-maker?　　What is the trouble-maker?什么意思？惹是非的人是干什么的？
　　4.I got sick and tired of learning boring grammar
rules and lifeless words.　　其实，这是叙述用was比got好，表一个状态。　　grammar应该用grammatical.boring变成hard-and-fast,rigid,zigzag,vexatious等词，没有什么rules可以boring的，建议把lifeless

文字是绝对是鲜活的有生命力的　　--------------------------　　sick,tired,boring.lifeless这些用词是具有negative引导意义的，不知道大师当时也十分着急，内心世界就这样的四个字意境。除了这篇自述自白是自己研究的，还有一些励志语言我不怕丢脸等豪迈壮语。AMAZAING!
5.But through hard work in practicing speaking

world.　　-----------------------------------　　这句话，一看前半句特像中国话，后半句像半句英语。　　通过努力......努力两件事情1练习...2挣脱摆脱...?hard work是李阳造的词，由hard-working,work hard而来的。pra...sp...en...是练习说英语，而不是练习口语，这样冗长的断句，如果录音发音不正确，书面可以断句practicing doing两件事+1speaking2breaking...　　我都不知道他本人的汉文草稿是什么？这个break away from...games扑朔迷离了，指的什么，冲破游戏规则的束缚吧，而非游戏，还是rules.一团麻！exciting修饰world还是new的？修饰world最好用fascinating,最好这时简洁一句话I suddenly/finally explored a fascinating world
around me.或A new world opened up for me.　　----------------------　　此处的find加双宾语很不逻辑，不等于discover,等于get back.除非去掉myself.否则意思是get back sth that was lost after searching for
it...那个new world是从前没有的，不是失去之物。
　6Not only did I pass Band 4 and Band 6 College
English exams very easily with high marks,but more important,I
began to use English.　　Not only...but...,转弯太快，发现新世纪曙光，拼命说几句英语，摆脱语法游戏，就能过46级英语？过了46级后，你才开始使用英语？Band 4/6
是当时翻译家们的失败之作，英语水平级别用level最为简洁恰当，不知谁想破头用band.band多用于金融领域划分级别，根据能力对同龄学生划分等级，英语468级别多为学历后的一个资历而并非这个band所为。
7.Finally,I developed a new Language Cracking
System myself.I began to teach German not long after I started to
learn this terribly difficult language in my own way.

之前，还有讲头。前面，不是叙述什么时间序的故事，想表达后来，表达成了剧终，李阳你不觉得你当时没有逻辑感，没有吃透英语文字的究竟意义吗？
觉得，此处用Later是你要表达的原意，或用In the end=after a long time,during which a lot
has happened。Finally放在最后一段开头，起一个连接作用。developed还不如initiated，自我编造的Language Cracking System,其实符合逻辑表达I initiated a new system of language
learning.别神化了这套子虚乌有的英语大法。既然讲到这个system,为什么不展开说这个system,而调转枪口吹嘘teach German?跳跃太快！这个difficult不是随便找一个副词嫁人的，用terribly代替extremely,particularly是英语一塌糊涂的表现形式之一。In my own way是画蛇添足。下一句，别人会误读你made a miracle.你抄袭了一句书面语再粘贴了一句及其口语经典的话。To speak good English,和后面一句能构成什么逻辑关系？你的汉语原本是什么呢？就说好英语而言=to speak good English?to…表示什么呢？一塌糊涂的关系。不会使用it句型？I think it should be enough for any…to speak good
English in one year.不会it用法的英语盲流。
最后一段，加一Finally.把学习方法翻译成learning techniques是字的翻译，非意义的表达。正确使用是study methods,或learning methods.好像你的techniques的确是雕虫小技般的东西。其实，这里直接使用learning system也最好。
知道method,technique,system区别吗？

sth,你炮制的三最口腔肌肉大法就是这个词。that you use every time you do it.

2.牛津才子告诉李阳别乱用大词，会用坏身体的，proclaim一词已经暗含officially了，不必再officially了，除非用officially
annoucing.或可以在proclaiming
前加publicly.再说一个retirement只需一个announce就可以了，没必要拉虎皮大旗张扬！proclaim的意思是to
publicly and officially tell people about sth
important,总统宣布紧急状态。都是危及人民生命财产的重要信息。你退休究竟会危及什么呢？
3.把students直接字对字翻译成学生们，而不是同学们，是明显矮化门徒，划清师徒界限的用词，要么是语文不好的表现！再用devoted限制一下，披上神秘的宗教信徒色彩。不如直接用一个与你无关的夸奖词汇sedulous
或conscientious。不要潜意识将自己打扮成教主！&
用词不准，二十年还是没有长进！

4.使用effective
as of/from…开头，一般是叙述事物而非人，如条例规章从何时起生效。所以，后面讲述I…怎么了，啼笑皆非！把effective去掉，或直接from
September…(on),为妥当！5.这个located用得很滑稽。你是讲你的工作重点业务将在什么地方，locate=北美用语，establish
oneself or one’s business in a specified place,是不跟宾语跟地点副词的不及物动词，你使用被动态是不懂用法的突出表现。I/My
work/My business& will locate
full time at my base in Guangzhou.

经过详细的思考，我做出了一个勇敢的决定。
透露你依依不舍bold表明了你思想仍在挣扎，建议将finally换成have精确时态,把bold换成landmark.
decision不分杀人胆bold懦夫coward胆子。made后加一个such为上策！

7.用crazy这个形容词是败笔，英语最忌讳胡乱不客观叙述。抛弃这个形容词，读一读这句话会更有力量的。2.start-ing应该start
&你仍旧没有很好驾驭to
ing的用法。
