漫画/陈彬北京青年报报道：由人大附中副校长沈献章、北师大实验中学副校长李晓辉等高考名师参与编纂的高考备考教辅资料《提分宝典》，最近“摊上事了”。山西太原考生家长宋先生花费近3000元给儿子购买了一套2014年的《提分宝典》后发现竟然和2013年的《提分宝典》一模一样，只是换了个标签。宋先生以涉嫌欺诈为由，将该《提分宝典》的发行单位北京宏达一甲教育科技有限公司起诉，索取双倍赔偿。昨天，海淀法院开庭审理了此案。记者就此采访的人大附中副校长、高考语文名师沈献章和北师大实验中学副校长李晓辉都否认是涉案《提分宝典》的主编。公益讲座变身《宝典》推销宋先生称，其读高中的儿子正在备战高考。日，北京宏达一甲教育科技有限公司在山西太原财经大学举办“2014年高考目标导向备考法”公益讲座，讲座中一名叫路丽梅的主讲人重点介绍了该公司销售的由中国大百科电子音像出版社出版的《提分宝典》、《便携背题本》是“中国教育专家委员会”目标导向备考法课题组的最新研究成果，由北京人大附中副校长、高考语文名师沈献章、北师大附属中学副校长高考名师李晓辉等十余位名家担任主编，能为高考考生提分30到160分。宋先生得知《提分宝典》这样权威，当场花费近3000元为准备高考的儿子购买了一套《提分宝典》。回到家之后，宋先生无意间到邻居家串门发现，邻居为自己小孩购买的一套2013年高考《提分宝典》竟然和宋先生购买的2014年版《提分宝典》一模一样，只是换了个不粘胶的标签。宋先生还了解到，早在2009年4月份，教育部(微博)就声明所谓的“中国教育专家委员会”根本不存在。进一步了解后，他发现北京电视台在2011年8月份曾以《提分的困扰》为题，报道过《提分宝典》与学生家长的纠纷。该节目中，多名学生家长反映孩子的高考分数比平时未升反降。宋先生认为自己受骗，专程从北京委托律师将宏达一甲公司起诉，要求双倍赔偿购书款5972元。被告律师否认原告是消费者在昨天的法庭上，发行涉案《提分宝典》的宏达一甲公司法律顾问表示，日该公司确实在山西太原开办了一场“201
