It is the prerequisite and foundation of theimplementation of ideological and political education. In order to better understand,identify with, and internalize the ideological and moralunderstanding, the only intelligence factor, we have to bewith the aid of the four non-intelligence factors. First, we should educate students toestablish a correct direction and take a responsibility to makethe country strong. The students should strive to learnscientific and cultural knowledge, cultivate their keeninsight, improve their ability to accept new things, have anopen mind, actively study modern knowledge, and enhance theirknowledge structure. The students should always walk in theforefront of the times, advancing with the times, toemancipate their minds for bearing the heavy responsibility ofbuilding the motherland. Rigorous and practical learningatmosphere and healthy, harmonious cultural environment willbe able to fully create a good external environment forimproving university students’ quality.
