张保，医学博士，现任北京大学航天中心医院泌尿外科科主任、泌尿外科学科带头人，担任“北京医学会泌尿外科分会青年委员”、“北京健康教育协会性生殖健康教育专业委员会委员”。在国际知名学术期刊发表论文3篇，在全国权威学术期刊发表论文20余篇，承担省部级等课题2项，出版医学专著1部。
　　张保教授专注泌尿外科微创技术17年，是国内早期开展腹腔镜、经皮肾镜、输尿管软镜、经尿道激光电切等多项微创技术的泌尿外科专家，毕业于同济医科大学，曾在宣武医院、世纪坛医院工作，擅长各种泌尿外科复杂疾患及高难手术的诊治。2013年起，被北京大学航天中心医院以“特殊人才”引进并担任科室主任和学科带头人。因其先进的诊疗技术和丰富的临床经验，张保教授多次被邀请以“VIP教授”身份参加国际泌尿外科学术大会。
